1. Founder Team Limit: Maximum 25 members only.
2. Target Entry Deadline: Entries into the Founder Team Pool are open until 31st March 2025 or until the 25 Founder limit is reached.
3. Profit Pool Availability: Entry into the Profit Pool closes on 31st March 2025.
4. Profit Sharing: Profit will be shared on a 50/50 basis between the company and partners.
5. Account Setup: Accounts will be opened under the 50/50 condition with a broker.
6. Profit Share Example:
If profits generated are $1,000 under the 50/50 model, then:
Company's Share: $500
Not Partner: $500
Founder Team Royalty (25% of $1,000 = $250) will be divided equally among all Founder Team Profit Pool holders.
7. Profit Pool Duration: Founder Team Pool profits will be shared from January 2025 to December 2030.
8. Adventure Profits reserves the right to disqualify any participant for suspected violation of this Terms and Conditions. Adventure Profits reserves the right, at its sole discretion to decline registration of any participant in the Promotions and refuse offering any type of Credit or Bonuses at its sole discretion and without the need to provide justification.
9. Adventure Profits retains the right to modify, extend, or update this offer at any time without prior notification.
